Store, Video and Field Purchase Terms
Field Bookings can be made to 60 days in the future. Cancellations are pro-rated in 15 day periods of time from the date you committed to the booking. 0 to 15 days / Full Refund. 16 to 30 days / 70% Refund. 31 to 45 days / 30% Refund. 46 to 60 Days / 10% Refund.
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to world wide shipping delays we currently are not able to guarantee shipping times.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

If you offer local delivery or in-store pickup to customers in your area, you can dedicate a section of your shipping policy page to explain the process or create a separate shipping page specifically for local customers.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50.00 CAD within Edmonton and surrounding area. For orders under $50.00, we charge $5.00 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made via Canada Post.
We will contact you via e-mail to advise your product has shipped.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 3105 101St SW Edmonton, Alberta, CA if the product shows in-store pickup is available. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 7 days per week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Europe, Asia, Australia
At this time, we do not ship to Africa.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International shipping can vary greatly depending on the destination. Expect 21 days
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Edmonton Scottish Society/Edmonton Soccer Dome is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within standard alloted shipping time based on your location after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you require shipping to a P.O. Box you may incur extra fees for this service. Not all carriers will provide shipping to such addresses
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Single Game Admission tickets and access to Streaming Services for individual games are some examples.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Product with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, software, or other type media that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the certain amount of days communicated to you in the e-mail.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 3105 101st SW, Edmonton, AB, T6L 6M5, Canada.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
