Restrictions Update March 1, 2022

We previously shared in our February 9th, 2022 update that the Government of Alberta had initiated a three step approach to removing COVID restrictions in the Province. Effective March 1st at 12:01 AM, Step 2 was enacted with the following changes impacting our facilities:

  • Capacity limits lifted for venues - we will no longer have a capacity limit of 500 people unless our partner organizations utilizing our facility impose them for sanctioned play

  • Restrictions for interactivity between patrons and table limits in our lounge have now been lifted

  • The Province also removed the Provincial mandate for the use of masks in public; however, it is important to understand that we still fall under the City of Edmonton Bylaw 19408 which requires the use of masks for all people over the age of 2 in public places

The health and safety of everyone who visits our facilities is paramount to us and we appreciate your continued assistance through these changing times.
